2. Booking & Payments

  • All bookings require a deposit to confirm your project.

  • Remaining balances must be paid before final delivery of work.

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless MahVIn Studios cancels the service.

3. Intellectual Property

  • All photos, videos, graphics, and creative content produced by MahVIn Studios remain our property until full payment is received.

  • After full payment, clients are granted rights for personal or promotional use as agreed in the contract.

  • You may not resell, edit, or redistribute content without permission.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Clients must give at least 48 hours’ notice for rescheduling.

  • Failure to show up or cancel within 24 hours may result in loss of deposit.

  • MahVIn Studios reserves the right to reschedule or cancel due to weather, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Content Usage

We may showcase completed projects (photos, clips, behind-the-scenes) on our website or social media unless the client requests in writing not to.

6. Limitation of Liability

MahVIn Studios is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by technical issues or events beyond our control.

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Privacy

Your personal information is handled with confidentiality and is only used to manage bookings, communication, and service delivery.
